In this highly interactive workshop session, delegates will gain a thorough understanding of the business benefits of 3D Printing adoption, and be shown how the technology can be used to impact both top-line business growth and bottom-line business performance and profitability. Using a ‘self-diagnostic tool’ introduced during the workshop, delegates will be given the opportunity to map 3D printing enabled business benefits against their own enterprise needs. Areas that will be covered in the diagnostic process will include new product innovation and market differentiation, customer engagement and personalization, digitization and the lean supply chain, operational efficiency & waste. Using the outcomes of the self-diagnostic tool, delegates will then be streamed into smaller workgroups, allowing them to explore in detail the aspects of 3D Printing that will have the greatest impact on their businesses. Delegates in each work group, will then focus on the development of an ‘individual action plan’ for 3D Printing deployment.
